Helping women break free and heal from the effects of Abuse and Addiction.
I dig down deep into the neural-pathways of your brain and weed out all the BS stored in your neurology from the day you were born.
Emotional triggers from any past trauma are neutralized and no longer run your life. You now stand with power and conviction to speak your truth and live the life you were meant to live, full of love, peace and joy! Today is the day to say NO MORE!

Life in the Trenches?
I have powerful tools that can lead you THROUGH the darkness!
Listen to this clip for lots of little hidden "messages". Please share your insights:)
I love this show! I think first of all you need to trust your instincts and second of all we all have dark trenches in our life that are scary to the eyes but we should go through them and be strong and brave. Dont avoid them by going around or over them. sometimes it is better for us to face the "darkness" and third, own the things in life that hurt us or that are hard for us- "they shall be mine!"
Thanks for your insight! I LOVE it! Trusting our "instincts" can open up a whole subject on a deeper level! When we find ourselves facing the darkness that is when the "light" is there waiting for us to turn and "see" it and if we LISTEN ever so closely we can HEAR it! Facing our fears and challenges in life is where we learn and grow the most! We can give ourselves permission to embrace our challenges and fears. Picture a dirty sponge soaking up all the sludge of life...a hand reaches down and squeezes us, over and over again until there's nothing left and then we are submerged in clean, clear water; soaking up all that we can, then continuing to squeeze out the sludge and all the fragments that are left. Then again soaking up the clean water until we are clean! That is the moment we realize our "instincts" are clean and bright and we are RE-MADE!
